Do you feel like you're constantly in survival mode? Do you wish you could calm the chaos and finally live more intentionally?Taking a personal inventory may be the key to taking stock of where you're at right now, understanding your needs, and then moving forward on a path of sustainable self-care. Today's guest is Kari Davis from The Well - Health and Wholeness Podcast. She is founder of thewellteam.com and a certified Holistic Life Coach and an essential oils educator. Kari is passionate about empowering women with the tools they need to reclaim their life through self care, health and finding their identity while embracing the idea of a natural and non-toxic lifestyle in their products and mindset. Kari and her husband, Bobby, live in Naples, Florida with their combined five children.
Kari and I talk about how her life "derailed" after the unexpected death of her husband TJ in 2015 and the steps she took to take inventory of her life and proactively redefine self-care so she could move forwards.
