“Listened to “Creating Cash Flow” with Jack Bosch. The guest described real estate arbitrage, which can’t work for most listeners. He distinguished this from having a job with no real reasoning.
The panelists did call out this discrepancy, but had to toss in some dubious generalisations about millennials.
Not planning to continue listening.”
