“I love the idea of another true crime podcast but talking about lesser known cases. So far, the host is doing a good job. I know that it is called Insomniac for a reason, but the droning on about it can get to be a bit annoying at times. It’s not enough to make me stop listening, for now, but I can see it getting frustrating. The biggest issue I have though, isn’t the insomnia talk... it’s the high pitched whistle I have to hear every time an “S” is said. It’s ear piercing! I have to turn down the volume just to combat it. Then I’m stuck straining to hear it. Not sure how to fix the problem, but I know when people get “P” pops, they put a foam cover over the microphone. Not sure if you have one, but maybe that would help.”

“Interesting but the narrators voice/tempo makes it seem like he’s trying to be spooky. True crime is spooky enough, I don’t need the extra effects.
Also a little confused; not sure if it’s a podcast about being an insomniac as a result of true crime overload OR it’s a true crime podcast... :/”
