Ugh the narrator
The content could be so compelling but the voice of host plus painfully slow pace (along with anecdotes of insomnia) make for an unsuccessful storytelling recipe.

The host Scott seems like a nice guy, and I’ve enjoyed his shows in the past, but my god is this melodramatic.

The number of advertisements that are littered throughout these already short episodes is disappointing. The content is interesting but it is hard to stay in the moment as the fittingly gloomy and dark narration is interrupted by random upbeat ads.
