I like the idea of this podcast. Amanda seems very knowledgeable on the subjects and offers a great insight to the criminals and Robert asks good questions that us listeners may also want to ask. BUT Amanda frequently uses “we” which is extremely irritating. We know this, we made this discovery, we are yet to determine. No Amanda, you are not part of the police force, you are not part of the “we”. Robert comes across as very unsympathetic while discussing terrible and extremely distressing topics. They rush through their conversation and often laugh and joke, which is completely inappropriate. I’ve noticed a few times that segments have obviously been edited as the banter is cut short with a somber sounding moment. Their glimpses of respectful comments seem completely disingenuous as it doesn’t come across as natural to them. Good idea for a podcast but the hosts need to do a lot more work on their presenting, given the sensitive nature of the content.

I love getting an “insiders” view from Amanda and the pair work really well together. A great podcast
