“This story gets off to kind of a slow start, but had enough interesting elements to keep me going. Now I'm most of the way through the story and get annoyed at the end of an episode because of the intrerruption! The author has some unique ideas, always a plus, and they are well expressed and explored. Once it gets going, the story moves along briskly and is very enjoyable. The author reads his work well.
The characters are a mixed group, mostly young teenagers with adults scattered throughout. I thought I'd be too old to enjoy teenage protagonists, but it's not a problem.
