“I studied yoga in college and after I started to look into teaching. I have a 12 year dance background in worship dance. I’m thinking now that yoga was a distraction that took me away from God’s Precious Consistent Presents that I had felt every week. My husband nervously showed my Jessica Smith’s 2020 interview with Janis Markel (end times podcast) that I truly heard the WHY. My Dad warned me but I never “heard” the reason. I would just scoff and say that my Dad just didn’t understand. Jessica Smith was a yogi who found Christ. I highly recommend listening to her testimony. After listening to her reasonings I was humiliated, lost and most of all convicted! With my husband we knew that a spiritual cleansing had to happen. For myself, our home and anything that took part in yoga practices. Guess what?! Once that was done the voices stopped, the panic attacks stopped... God is good.
