“First of all, I think it is totally worth tuning in just to listen to Sarah’s voice, which is so soft and even and calming. It’s a balm. I find the content really grounding as well. I often listen when I am out on a walk, and a few times every episode, I open up my notes app and jot down a phrase that I’ll use as a journal prompt later on. There have been lots of gentle invitations to check in on oneself and to self reflect, and doing so has been a soothing and enlightening practice.”
