A story need to be heard by a gay kid of immigrants
I’m only two episodes in and this story is flooring me. As a child of immigrants from Mexico and growing up gay in a catholic household I related to a lot of the struggles that were experienced by the main character. Growing up I never realized how ashamed I was of my culture. I think it was mostly because I felt like they didn’t get me. They could never understand me. And the relationship Paul has with his mother struck such a strong chord with my heart. Thank you for sharing this story with us!

“It’s your life, your choice” is verbatim something my 엄마 has said to me. Also Haenim? This podcast is spooky close. Chills of the best sort.

Excellent storytelling. Loved the characters, dialogue, music, and that there are multiple dimensions and threads and NO explanatory commas and things of that sort.
