Narrator...speaks...slowly...for...dramatic...effect
I learned one thing from the first episode of this podcast: just because you speak slowly, doesn’t mean you’re actually creating suspense for your listeners. It sounds condescending and childish. Two stars instead of one for the hope that the producers will accept constructive criticism, speed up the narrative pace, and include useful facts and storytelling in the next episode.

I’ve loved both of her previous podcasts and this one is off to a great launch - plainly speaking, its stellar!

Great choice of subjects, Lilly. I’m looking forward to the podcasts! I worked on Apollo. I left Rockwell (North American) in 1970, to move on to JPL, but I’ve never lost interest in Apollo.

Episode 2 was worth the wait! The mix of reporting, archival audio and dramatic production is absolutely perfect. It’s a Post story that reads (or rather, listens) like great drama. Can’t wait for #3 - thank you!
