“I think Lilian Cunningham has a great story and I bet she is a great writer, but I wish she would rely on the content to reel the listener in - not by using over dramatic speech patterns, long pauses, slightly absurd wording and constant allusions to “things to come.” WaPo readers and listeners will stay tuned just for the content - we don’t need the gimmicks.”
