Way overproduced!
This podcast takes itself way too seriously. I really wanted to learn about this topic, but the distracting and unnecessary sound effects, pregnant pauses, etc…, made it annoying and impossible for ME to finish.

I think Lilian Cunningham has a great story and I bet she is a great writer, but I wish she would rely on the content to reel the listener in - not by using over dramatic speech patterns, long pauses, slightly absurd wording and constant allusions to “things to come.” WaPo readers and listeners...Read full review »

Even if you have moon-landing anniversary fatigue, Lucille Cunningham’s Moonrise podcast (from the Washington Post) is fascinating.
