Inspiring free thought and self reflection
I have been struggling in a mid level leadership role in a very large and hierarchical corporate for the past couple of years and have found that my natural instinctive leadership style can only carry my to success within limitations, which has led to me being self critical and frustrated. About a year ago, I made a conscious decision to learn and adapt my own style and focus on shifting my jaded wallowing into action... How can I become the leader that my team deserve, which I aspire toward? I started with Sinek as a jumping in point, listening to his books on Audible. Over a beer with a friend and industry peer, we were sharing our approach to self awareness and development, and he told me of the existence of Moonshots and recommended that I dive in, as he has found the observations of each episode to be thought provoking and inspiring. I cannot agree more. I have been listening (and relistening) to Moonshots for about a year now, and it has made a fundamental difference in my own conscious behaviour around what I do, how I approach challenges, and my own development aspirations. This podcast offers easily digestible episodic pockets of inspiration, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to challenge their own status quo! Thanks, guys!

This has been absolutely awesome. Nowadays, I’ve realized how great are these books. I could not even believe that there is someone, who takes time to break down all the important facts from a book. Thank you guys, so much! Keep up the good work👍🏼
