Best tool for self improvement
Do you want to better your mindset and start living a meaningful life? This podcast is a strong tool to accomplish this. The people featured in their episodes come up over and over if you are really looking to better yourself and stop living your life on a nihilistic hamster wheel with the rest of the world. So many of us get stuck in the loop of just existing without any aim or “why” to push us to be better. The 2 gentlemen who host the podcast bring fresh ideas and applications to the work of some of the greatest thinkers and successful people out there. I am grateful I found this wonderful podcast and would recommend it to anyone who wants more out of life than just simply existing. If you’re new to podcasts, don’t get intimidated by the length of the episodes. Break it up into half in the morning half in the evening if you find it hard to sit through or however works for you. If you are able to keep an open mind and consciously decide that you have the potential to be better (doesn’t have to be a bad thing!) this podcast is a great resource. Thank you, Mike and Mark, for sharing!
