“I was so excited to find Air Mail and Morning Meeting! An alleged non-political, culturally focused magazine with interesting stories about London libraries and New York barbershops. The exact content I craved as an intelligent, apolitical woman. Next thing I know, Brian Stelter is a guest host and Ashley is making reference to the Trump indictment literally with glee. Ugh, another content source down the drain. NEWS FLASH, Ashley: I’m not at all a Trump fan but there are hundreds of thousands of us who care absolutely nothing about Trump or, more importantly, your feelings about him, and who you alienate by referencing him. No mention of our disastrous current economy but always, always mention of Trump. It’s lazy and ridiculous. You lost a listener and Air Mail lost a subscriber very sadly (and an Air Mail promoter which, if you know anything about NPS scores, you’d know that’s hard to find).”
