Father Dale Hall has been involved with CHATT Foundation for over 8 years. He began part time as a volunteer and now serves full time as chaplain. You can find Dale starting his day in the morning at the cafeteria, making himself available to those in need of assistance who walk through the doors of the Community Kitchen.
