Wow!!
I just listened to the second episode “Why can’t I see the good” and it felt like Abigail was speaking directly to me. All my insecurities around trying to be “perfect” and focusing on what’s not perfect yet felt like they were being brought out and at the same time like they were respected and not shamed, and I see a new way to look at the work around healing this. After listening I had an image in my mind of how I’ve felt in the past trying to do deep work on myself, like drowning or being caught in heavy, gloppy mud. And now I have this image of myself dressed in mud gear and mud boots and with a shovel, and it’s still hard, messy, difficult work but now I’m equipped to do it and I know where I’m going. Thank you Abigail, I’m looking forward to listening and gaining new insights each week!

I felt like I was drowning as a mother and reading everything I could find but it just wasn’t working. I...Read full review »
