Deep
If you want quick fixes, this is not the podcast. While Abigail does gives practical strategies on how to handle specific situations, she focuses more on the meaningful work of healing ourselves and deep rooted issues that come up in parenting. Before we can be the parents we want to be for our children, we need to be the person we want to be for ourselves. Love love love ❤️
