A much needed dialogue in our world
I have learned so much about myself, about motherhood, and just humanity in general listening to this podcast. I am grateful that this compassionate and thoughtful space exists for mothers to reflect and heal. Thank you Dr. Sacks for doing this work. You are helping so many people with this podcast. I’ve recommended it to every parent I know in my circle of friends and family.

I’m moved by these sessions. I believe in therapy and go on and off to my own therapist during difficult times. This is so good- wish I could listen a couple times each week.

Found this while perusing psychology related podcasts. As a mom and future therapist, so happy to see you talking about these common, but unrecognized, concerns.

I’m a single woman who didn’t have children and I relate to these conversations. The women honestly and courageously share their feelings not only about motherhood, but about womanhood. It isn’t a parenting podcast, it’s about exploring feelings and beliefs about motherhood.
