“I was challenged to do a 6k. I had not run for over 23 years. I subscribe to Fitness Magazine and read about Deekron and a free music workout. My husband bought me and I-touch and am now completely motivated by MotionTraxx. If I don't have the music, I have a very short workout, but with Deekron, I keep up the pace and run until the end.
