The music was fun all the way through!
I used this podcast for my morning run today and it was a very fun experience! There were very helpful stats and facts about my run and what I would accomplish in the session. The narrator's attitude was positive and inspirational witch really helped power me up when my energy started to dip. The music was fun all the way through. All around the most carefully put together running podcast I have heard and I can't wait for the next issue!

I usually avoid music during my training and workouts because they don't maintain the beat or end up changing the tempo and alter my pace; for the first time I found one that maintains the beat and tempo I need throughout the track and long enough to last my 1hour runs or bike rides.
