Fast for fitness; slow for sleep.
I love the fast upbeat tunes for running and gym work but I also use the slower songs (120-130 bpm) on really quietly at night to help me sleep. I find the constant background beat lulls me into a deep sleep really quickly. Great workout and great sleep in one podcast! Thanks.

I am so glad I discovered this podcast. I really like the ones that are set to 180 bpm and I wish there were more of them. The music is just right to keep you going and to help maintain your pace. Keep them coming Deekron!
