Breaking American audiences to actors like Helena Bonham Carter, Julian Sands, Daniel Day Lewis, and  Rupert Graves this movie was a huge cross over success in American that was nominated for eight Academy Awards, and won for its adaptation for the screen by Ruth Prater Jhabvala. 20 year-old Helena looks like a porcelain doll,  swoon worthy men, and Maggie Smith is also here to talk some hot goss with Judi Dench. What more could you want in a costume drama! Also, the perfect cover for a movie to rent for young gay boys across the world, that features a famous skinny dipping scene with Julian Sands, Rupert Graves, and Simon Callow stripping down to their birthday suits for a dip.
