Mo and Christina are perfectly matched hosts with great banter and thoughtful analysis of both movies I consider childhood classics and even those I had admittedly half written off. I came to this podcast in a happenstance search of “just my luck” looking for any podcast to acknowledge that what LL’s character did to all those male dancers in the movie to try to get her luck back is a crime - they came through with the indictment of her predatory behaviour (and more!). Growing up, my mom encouraged big NLOG vibes so I thought movies like Ice Princess and Aquamarine were “beneath me” without even really looking into it. After listening to the corresponding ep of MtRu, I’ve decided to watch all those movies I had written off. Let me tell you… delightful. Some of these early 2000s movies were doing so much more to advance women’s storytelling than I gave them credit for. In a pretty jaded world, it’s so nice to hear Mo & Christina’s take on these super cute movies. Thanks!!

I love listening to these ladies every week, they’re absolute queens! With every listen I feel like I’m watching the movie they’re re-capping right along with them. They’re so funny, witty, and have the best takes. Always looking forward to the next episode 💓 - Liv (insta: oneliifetoliv) ✨

Mo and Christina have such a fun energy about them, I feel like they’re really with me chatting as I drive to work...Read full review »
