He is the co-founder of the Hoffman Kofman Foundation, an influential leadership foundation that he established along with Ried Hoffman the co - founder of LinkedIn.  Additionally, Fred has served as a special coach and advisor to industry giants such as Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Facebook, and many others. He is also the visionary behind the Conscious Business Academy and the author of two business masterpieces-  "Conscious Business" and "The Meaning Revolution." On a personal note, I find it difficult to express the profound impact Fred has had on my own life.
