Padded and stretched out
Boy, they really had to stretch this one out. It could easily have been an hour or less episode. You can tell Keith Morrison is struggling when he’s describing where the jury is sitting in relation to the judge’s eyesight, how a jury votes by raising their hands (Oh really? I thought they used telepathy), etc.. And he lets one of the protagonists, Nancy, talk at length, and she is the most annoying human I think I’ve ever heard. Rare miss from Keith and the gang. Skip this one and listen to his Girl and the Blue Mustang podcast.

Bait and switch. First 2 episodes are free, but subscription or “free trial” required for all episodes after that. Not nice Dateline. I’ve changed my opinion of Dateline totally after this.
