Love everything from the hilarious chit chat to start, to the compassion and seriousness while telling these horrific stories that need to be told. My Irish accent and sayings are back in full force thanks to you both. I’ve literally laughed out loud while listening at work. I must look insane constantly just smiling and laughing away to myself!! I’m on Episode 78 and thank you for your open honest discussion about fatness, weight loss, and growing up in a heavily toxic diet culture world. Being a plus size woman most of my adult life I cannot express the damage that was done to my mental health from family and “friends”. Another important topic that should be discussed openly.
