I’m on Episode 78 and thank you for your open honest discussion about fatness, weight loss, and growing up in a heavily toxic diet culture world. Being a plus size woman most of my adult life I cannot express the damage that was done to my mental health from family and “friends”. Another important topic that should be discussed openly.
