Listen now
Description
1983 - Kittery, Maine.  Sometime after leaving work on February 3, 1983, 31-year-old Reeves K. Johnson vanished without a trace. Over the next three weeks, his bank account was drained to make strange purchases that weren’t discovered until the account was overdrawn. The case went cold almost immediately. In 2021, Murder, She Told produced a special episode on Reeves’ case, but a lot has changed since then. This is not that episode. In collaboration with the Kittery Police Dept, we have uncovered new information that wasn’t known before. Listen to Reeves Johnson’s story with a fresh perspective and new interview, go behind the scenes of the investigation, and hear first-hand how we discovered the first major clues of this newly re-opened unsolved case.  If you have any information on the disappearance of Reeves Johnson, please contact Sgt. Brian Cummer of the Kittery Police Dept at (207) 439-1638 or [email protected].
