I haven’t heard anything like that while I’ve been listening.
Wrongful conviction does happen to many people of color but it certainly does not discriminate against race and try being poor and white, or having an intellectual disability; especially from a small town where a select few hold all of the power.
Studies even show you can be educated, a non minority, and you can be coerced into admitting your GUILTY when you are INNOCENT!!!!
