Excellent Podcast FULL of relevant, educational, and real info!
I definitely recommend this podcast for anyone who wants to learn more about fitness and health on a vegan diet. Every episode has useful information with plenty of tips, strategies, and resources for a variety of topics. The hosts have a genuine interest in helping listeners and are responsive to suggestions, questions, and comments! I very much enjoy this podcast and anxiously look forward to each new episode. Such an amazing podcast! Dani and Giacomo talk about so many important topics in a very articulate, interesting, and intelligent way. They demystify a lot of issues relating to being healthy and fit as a vegan and review some great products. They are a wealth of knowledge! So informative!
