Best Vegan Fitness Podcast Out There
Dani and Giacomo are both extremely knowledgeable in vegan nutrition and fitness but provide science and data to back up their perspectives. I’ve been listening for over a year now and each episode provides unique and helpful knowledge in all aspects of life- diet, fitness, vegan lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, hormone health...the list goes on! Dani and Giacomo really care about their listeners and make sure that each episode is jam packed with as much information as possible. It’s never stale and I always learn something new while listening. Even if you’re not a vegan or plant based athlete give their podcast a listen—- you won’t be sorry!

I am not a vegan nor am I a bodybuilder but I LOVE this podcast! Dani and Giacomo give informed, solid information that is applicable to anyone. I only WISH more fitness professionals were giving such honest, sound advice. Get a tip jar. I would pay money to hear this information!

I discovered Dani and Giacomo’s podcast a couple months ago and have been stoked on how much information and knowledge they share. They are both genuine and honest in their content, which I find is so rare. Much thanks to you both!
