The best podcast for vegan physique goals
Hosts Dani & Giacomo are the real deal, they are so knowledgable and experienced in both the vegan and fitness spheres. I regularly revisit old episodes when I need some (science-based) inspiration to continue persuing my vegan fat loss journey.

My only complaint is that this podcast isn’t every week! BUT I understand because they are very busy! SO much great information about how to build muscle and reach your goals. It is geared towards a vegan diet, BUT there is a lot of information that any one (vegan or not) could benefit from.
