The Muscles By Brussels Radio show is an amazing resource for vegan fitness tips. I have had the privilege of meeting Dani and Giacomo on multiple occasions, and their sincerity and wealth of knowledge always shines through. This show makes it fun and interesting to learn tips and tricks on how to improve your fitness, lose fat and build muscle while living with compassion and sustainability. Glad to have more plant powered podcasts out there!

Great podcast for any vegan or veg curious, active/athletic person! Dani and Giacomo never disappoint with new, interesting content every week! I always learn something about fitness, weightlifting, mindset, the emotional side of fitness, I could go on. And it Keeps getting better!

Dani and Giacomo are the best teachers for nutrition and exercise that’s I’ve heard. I feel like it’s partly their focus on evidence based nutrition but also their personalities.
