Mojo Nixon Remembered
Listen now
Description
In this episode of the Music at a Rational Volume Podcast, Nate and Kyle (mostly Kyle) take you on a brief reminiscence into the life and career of one Neill Kirby McMillan Jr. (August 2, 1957 – February 7, 2024), who was professionally known as Mojo Nixon. Perhaps best described as the "dirty" Weird Al, Nixon's work was sarcastic and cutting but also witty and clever, all while never being shy to take on topics and people most people wouldn't touch. Full of cuss words, sexual innuendo, adult themes, and plenty of other not safe for work content, Nixon's work will stand out for years to come. So be warned all ye that enter the playlist, it's pretty offensive in there. You can't say we didn't tell you.
