“Have followed from the onset and find Brandon’s pod informative, fascinating and real. I sometimes feel that judgements of callers is too slanted and lacks understanding and depth of how desperate and messed up those with mental illness or in poverty can be and dislike the harshness and stereotypical manner they are judged or assumed to be lowly criminals . Not to excuse bad behavior but the woman in the latest episode obviously had issues. Add being frightened and intimidated when detained which escalated craziness and fear. Dealing with intensity and dysfunctional people can effect one’s perspective but would appreciate less judgment when there is not enough knowledge to form a sound opinion. All lives have stories and a touch of compassion is needed. I’m not excusing bad behavior but some people live messed up lives for reasons. Best to offer a balanced opinion. And it’s ok to only produce bi monthly podcasts to ensure quality, especially when working so much.”
