“As a firefighter/true crime “fan”/ and general podcast listener, I have to say this is among the best ever podcasts I have listened to. To hear the information from the 911 call/dispatch side of things is absolutely amazing. Brandon does a fantastic job of helping tell the stories of these people in a sympathetic, yet realistic way. As someone who responds to what dispatchers send out, this is an amazing tool to help understand what the first contact goes through. For anyone else who is simply interested in hearing true crime/first responder/and generally terrifying but unfortunately real situations play out, this is the best of the best. Thank you so much for the hard work you put in not only on this podcast, but as a dispatcher trying to safely send help to people in their time of need.”
