Super disappointing
Looking for a good show with insightful commentary on musicals, you would think “MusicalSplaining” would be the one. Unfortunately this is anything but that. This is a compilation of highly subjective personal takes by people who do no research but what you could read from a Wikipedia page. Utterly lacking in musical analysis, historical context, discussion of writers, production history, etc. More aptly named “Off-the-cuff reviews of musicals by musical-haters”. This feels like the Ozzy Man Reviews equivalent of musicals, but less funny, misleadingly named and overall uninteresting. Would advise skipping this show.

Love the dynamic and discussion. Hopefully they’ll be able to see a love show before truth of the divine comes out
