In Helena P. Blavatsky’s article on Psychic and Noetic Action - Part I, she distinguishes between motivational inspiration that comes only humans, from the plane of the soul, versus actions that are more simply byproducts of the thrust of our personalities. Though late 1800’s scientists dismissed free will as nonexistent, one by one, their methods of analysis and faulty logic is exposed. With the finite perception of scientists’ overemphasis on gross matter toppled, she broadens the view, to reveal an understanding of our dual nature and how this affects what is in our minds.
