VBA & Add-ons Podcast
A personally inspirational podcast which partially mirrors my own experience in the early days of Excel. VBA is a fascinating language, across all the Office applications, and Chris Newman's story together with his very useful tips is a prime example of what can be achievedin a relatively short time with determination and effort. Clearly in the corporate world much of what is done in Excel is BI and big data related, and thats fine. In my retirement I am approaching the other end of the spectrum by writing an accounting package for my sister-in-law who has minimal Excel experience and no time to learn it. Consequently I am utilising my meagre VBA knowledge to give her something that requires virtually no Excel knowledge. Chris's podcast isan indication that its not too late, even for me at 65, to gain further expertise and subsequently utilise my corporate training skills to help others where I can.

Any training from John is great as it is real life, real time and on point. I follow his guidance religiously as with others and he always provides a variety of sources within the community of Excel experts in order solve problems.

I'm a novice Podcast person so don't know all the ins & outs of its potential. Will there eventually...Read full review »
