Out of Touch and So Childishly Manipulative
I never realized how “troll-like” some of the questions and—frankly—idiotic Dateline asks. At the point where Erin contemptuously shames an interviewee on what their mother thinks of his becoming a (successful) horror movie writer/producer (and even I, a GenX, find horror movies boring, but I understand why people like what they like) I found myself “done” with these podcasts. This show screams (pun intended) Boomer judgment and 50s social understanding.
