Empowering and Career Changing
I just had to leave this review. I have been a teacher for 5 years and had the opportunity pop up to interview for a government role within the same department I currently work for. I felt like I didn’t meet 100% of the job criteria, but wanted to have a go anyway. I haven’t had an interview for over 6 years (not even for my teacher position), so was really rusty and unsure of the process. I listened to “How to crush your next job interview”, “New job, same company” and “10 biggest interview mistakes” in preparation for my interview, took notes and made a clear plan. The panel were SO IMPRESSED and I got offered the job! I would not have been in such an organised and prepared position without this podcast. I am now listening back through the whole podcast to further empower myself for a positive start and continuous drive to improve. Thank you so much Shell and Em.
