Soybean cake, aka tofu, is a long-standing food that has had a lot of controversy over the years. It seems that people either love it or hate it and there's good reason. It has some great health benefits, plus, if prepared correctly, can be an interesting addition to meals or snacks. The cultural unfamiliarity, texture, taste, etc can be a turn off for many people though.
