“This podcast has been my support during the unprecedented times of deep personal grief and a global pandemic. Kia’s talks and meditations kept me grounded. Yotam’s music invited me to practice yoga – never to be underestimated when motivation is low – with his and Kia’s company and guidance at a time of physical separation.
But there is even more! With the different practice spaces they have cultivated, they also made my mind travel to exotic places when this was not possible. There is India, the desert and Spain at least… They gave form to my longing for warmer climates and soothed it, in my own living room.
They cover so much and such beautiful ground. I dare anyone to listen and not feel better afterwards. It is impossible! You will be more compassionate, inspired, relaxed, and ready to meet your challenges. This will be my soundtrack for a long time and it will make me remember lockdown with some fondness thanks to the generosity and care of Kia and Yotam.”
