“With the draft, the bills traded away a 1st round pick to receive Stefon Diggs. With the pick in that area, the top receivers were already gone, and the Bills didn’t feel they would get them at that pick, and they were right.
The 2nd round pick was THE BIGGEST steal however by drafting AJ Epenesa. He had a 1st round grade, top 25 easily, and he slipped to the Bills in the 2nd round. They then drafted a great value, hard running RB from Utah, Zack Moss, who holds the school record in rushing yards.
The 4th pick with Gabriel Davis. As a junior, he recorded almost 1300 yards receiving, breaking the school record in receiving yards.
The 5th pick was Jake Fromm. I didn’t know what to think of this pick. It took me a while, but I believe this may be a steal In the draft. Jake won in college, there is no doubt about it. His arm talent is lacking, which is the complete opposite from Josh Allen. However, Jake is a smart QB, who can prove himself.
The 6th rounder was a kicker Tyler Bass. The Bills has problems with Steven Haushka with his distance, so we may have a kicking battle in Buffalo.
The other 6th rounder was a WR, Isaiah Hodgins from Oregon State. I believe he slid too, with having over 1000 yards receiving and 13 touchdowns in his last season at Oregon State.
The last pick was the #1 corner out of Pittsburgh, Dane Jackson. Dane made some great plays, and sealed many wins with Pittsburgh with his pass breakup ability, especially in the upset win against UCF.
Overall, I was pleased with the Bills draft, as they received good value with their picks.
