Interesting versions of myths
Yes, the versions of the myths chosen are interesting—many of them familiar, but a few that aren’t. The hosting is good, the background music annoying, and what the heck is going on with the acting? There’s one terrific actor who sounds like Tom Hiddleston and gives a terrific performance as Loki, and everyone else is acting on the high school theater level. It’s painful and embarrassing to listen to the cast act alongside this one guy. I keep wondering why they use actors at all, if they aren’t going to find good ones. What’s the point of putting all of that effort into the writing and production, when the acting and directing are so poor? Still, kudos to the research and writing.
