Transported into these myths and legends
I absolutely love, love, love this podcast! It is by far my favorite. Although I am pretty new at podcasts, the previous 4 I had started doesn’t even compare to this one! I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while but I am just now getting to it… Where to start off? I absolutely love myths and legends and, as an aspiring author, I am drawn to these stories that are obscure or aren’t told closely to the original telling. Jason sure knows how to intrigue his audience and tell the story in an honest and humane way: not just reading from a book. Side note, I absolutely love his voice. It isn’t annoying and it is very clear and easy to hear and follow along with. Aside from that however, I found this podcast the most enjoyable telling of myths and legends that is out there. Each episode is amazing and so easy to understand, follow, and cling to. The stories are addicting and I just want to listen to more of his podcasts! I am really excited to find out what this author has in store for us in the future. That said, I wish I found this podcast next year when there would be 80 episodes published already. I go running every morning and this is what I listen to. I hate running with a passion, but when I listen to this podcast I forget I am running and I am completely taken by the story that is being told. I am so sad that this is a new podcast because I have listened to all the episodes and now I can’t find a worthy podcast to listen to when I run now. Anyway, keep at it Jason! I am a huge fan and find your podcast to die for!

The only thing I would improve upon is sometimes you put music randomly in your podcast. This music is great! But it just...Read full review »

Listened to a number of episodes while on the road, my 8 year old loved it and he hates when I make him listen to podcasts :) Very interesting to hear the original versions of stories we know (Aladdin/Mulan so far) as well as hear some that we haven’t (the confusing Viking saga). Please keep it up!

I have to say, I find my fingers tapping in anticipation while I await the next installation of this podcast. Informative, funny, and addicting! I binge listened through the first few episodes, and now have listened, and re-listened to them several times! (They keep the ride to work a little...Read full review »
