Naetif Jen Podcast: Episode 10: My Generational Trauma story
Listen now
Description
This is my generational trauma story. This was a very personal and hard story to tell.  But it is important to shed light on the topic and openly talk about it.  For most of my life, it was 'taboo' to talk about such things in my family.  Now I am breaking down this wall, this barrier because we, as Native people need to normalize mental health and begin to heal our pasts that was carried from generation to generation.   Lets break the cycle. Have a listen and please let me know what you think.  I value your feedback.  Thank you!  I appreciate you!
