I was left with no choice but to leave home and search for opportunies in the north, back then I really had nothing at all... It was until 2018, with a drastic change in Malaysia's political landscape, I was finally given the chance to reprise my role as a film director. Thus 'Nasi Lemak 1.0' was fortunately able to be in-making and shot, so I have had decided to put this song in the movie, a place where the song rightfully belongs. 'Nasi Lemak 1.0' is coming to the cinemas on January 27, 2022.
