“I’m entering a new phase of quarantine where I’m just rebooting to the 2007 version of myself so naturally I am rewatching Naruto. My boyfriend who has only ever known the post-anime version of myself is wary. I had no one to share this journey with so I went podcast hunting and found this gem. It helps tremendously that I am ALSO named Emily and from CA and about the same age.
Hilarious and I appreciate that you all point out some of the (sexist, problematic, etc.) aspects of the show that have aged poorly.
