We should not disregard the events of the past, but it’s up to you if you either move forward as a victim or as a peer. As long as you see yourself as less, you will never be on the same playing field. So tired of the race card and victim mentality that insecure people blame all the shortcomings in their life on. It must be so exhausting to think about race so often, I pity you and am ashamed with how you’re holding the narrative back from resolution. If you think you have it just as bad as your ancestors, then you live in a delusional world. How about we celebrate how society has evolved rather than accuse our ancestors of every misstep and wrongdoing. I like the road that leads to peace and not further division.”
